Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan

We have talked about natural disasters, volcanoes, super volcanoes and earthquakes. Unfortunately, I've always hoped that these are subjects we would only read about and just learn the vocabulary. On the 11th of March, Japan faced not only a huge earthquake and a tremendous tsunami destroying anything in it's way but they face the danger of radiation due to the malfunctions and explosions at a nuclear power station.
What the people in Japan are feeling at the moment and in the months to come will completely evade us. We can only but pray for them...
